Check in: 4:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Entry and Exit Instructions • Keypad Entry: o Before check in, you will receive a 4 digit code. Simply enter the code on the keypad and the door will automatically unlock. If your code isn’t working, please do not hesitate to text or call no matter what time it is. • Locking Up: o When leaving, press the lock button on the keypad and the door will automatically lock. WiFi Network name: You're Welcome Rentals Password: Enjoyyourstay Firewood is provided. House Rules • Guest Policy o Additional guests are welcome, however, only those listed on the reservation are permitted to stay the night. • Pets o Pets are allowed if the pet fee has been paid. o Please pick up dog waste in the yard. • Quiet Hours o Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Smoking: o Smoking is permitted only outside the home. There will be a $200 charge for a distinct smoke smell in the home. • Property Damage o Any severe damage to the property will be billed to the guests and reported to Airbnb or VRBO. • Trash o Trash is picked up on Mondays. Please take trash can to the curb Sun night. • Assistance: o If you need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to ask. Check Out Procedures • TOWELS o Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. • BEDS o Please leave used beds unmade. There is no need to take off the sheets. • DISHES o Load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it. • Final Step: o Most importantly, send us a text when you check out. Thank you!
